This review is long overdue, but it needs to be said. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews for restaurants, but every single time I visit, the service I receive from Genesis is nothing short of outstanding. Whether the place is packed or it’s a quiet day, I’ve never seen him slow down. He’s always moving with purpose, always smiling, and just brings an energy to the floor that makes the whole dining experience better. His enthusiasm and professionalism are consistent, and honestly, it’s rare to find someone who shows that level of dedication every single time. Please, make sure you take care of Genesis — staff like him don’t come around often, and he’s a big reason why I keep coming back. And of course, the food is always excellent. One of my favorite restaurants in the North Shore. Highly recommended.

Really worthy to try Japanese restaurant. After skiing. We chose this location for fast dinner. Kids order noodles, they love it. I order salad which tastes fresh. We also order dessert . Will recommend to friends.

Have been going to Zubu park Royal since opening. Have been very delighted by the exceptional service provided by Genesis. He has been there since opening and always has a smile on his face and always on his A game. Ramen is excellent, Chicken Karage is delicious and kids love the Mochi balls!

Zubu Ramen is my go-to spot when I’m craving comfort in a bowl. Their creamy chicken ramen is absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and so tender. It’s that perfect blend of savory and creamy that hits the spot every time. I also love that they offer two sizes for their ramen, which is so convenient. Sometimes, a small bowl is all you need! Plus, their kids’ meal is a lifesaver—convenient, fun, and perfect for little ones. Zubu truly understands how to make a meal enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend!

I've been going here a lot, and they have always had amazing ramen, great fast friendly service, and a clean welcoming restaurant. For February, they have the fried chicken ramen! It was delicious! You gotta try it out!

This was my first time trying ramen at ZUBU Park Royal. I know they have other locations, too. They had a limited time (until Dec 31) Holiday special menu with Bone Marrow ramen. It was SO good! The broth was deliciously flavourful and the noodles were cooked to the perfect texture

The ebi fried hand roll and crispy chicken were both delicious because of the sauce and combination of the veggie inside. They were both redeemed offer from the points collected before. Very good deal.

My kids loves this restaurant, especially creamy chicken Ramen. However beside great foods, the best part is the fast and excellent service you receive here. It only takes less than 5 minutes to sit you in and 5-10 more minutes to prepare and bring your food. Tonight there was a lineup and at least 3-4 parties waiting outside. So go, highly recommended.
